New Doors

Maddie's hole she made bigger in the old door.

The new door - now we need to paint the trim!

This is Maddie, for those of you who have not yet met her.

Chris and I finally broke down and bought new garage doors and replaced Grandma's original doors. Maddie tried to subtly tell us that we needed new doors by carving a bigger hole than we already had in one of the doors. Next on the list - a new front door which should be in this weekend! Eric is going to put that in for us! Thanks for checking in!

Woohoo! New garage doors are awesome! We got new ones last year and it's one of the best investments we've made! Our new back door hopefully goes in this week too!

I'm too jealous!!! And I'll really be in bad shape when you get your new front door!!!! BUT, I did spend my summer painting all our outside window and door trim so I'm one up on you there!!!!

Do you still have the screen door for one of the garage doors or did that go too? The new doors do look nice. Is your dog an Australian shepherd? The colors of the eyes make me think that. Your home improvements look great.

The doors look great and the dog is wonderful. She looks alot like maggie. I hope she turns out as good as maggie did. Dad

Nice doors, but I dont think you should have put the dogs name on the blog. I do not want to get to know her, because I fear she will not be there long, and I do not think I could handle befriending her and then learn she made a "trip up the river".

The new garage door looks great! We got one last year when the mailman drove his truck through ours (long story). It is amazing how much that helps keep the heat in during the cold months! We also put in a new front door and storm door this summer and that makes a huge difference too - you're gonna love it! :)

Wow!! The doors look so nice! Those house improvements are always so exciting!
The dog looks cute! She does look like Maggie and I agree with Ben. I'll try not to get too attached in case she doesn't last long!

Thanks for posting!
